Kizuna entered stud in Japan in 2016. He was crowned Japanese Champion Freshman Sire in 2019 and ranked second on the Japanese Leading Two-Year-Old Sire list in 2019.

He got off to a very good start and showed versatility as a sire when his first crop hit the track in 2019.
Bien Fait became the first Graded stakes winner when taking the Grade 3 Hakodate Nisai Stakes over 1200m (Turf) in July, and Chimera Verite won the Jpn3 Hokkaido Nisai Yushun over 1800m (Dirt). Moreover, Maltese Diosa finished second in the Grade 1 Hanshin Juvenile Fillies over 1600m (Turf).
