He got off to a great start as a sire in 2017. He sired 32 two-year-old winners in Japan, which is the second largest in number following 50 winners by Deep Impact. The winners include Stelvio, who finished 2nd in the Grade 1 Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes; Danon Smash, who won the Momiji Stakes; and Aonbharr, who won the Fukushima Nisai Stakes.
He was crowned Japanese Champion Freshman Sire and ranked 2nd on the Japanese Leading Two-Year-Old Sire list in 2017.
